Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
1. Who we are
The Kit is operated by Paul Syng, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Contact us any time at ask@pablo.ceo.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the Kit. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share access with people who have not purchased.
3. Purchases and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. One-time purchases give you access to the tier you bought. Subscription plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time before the next renewal date. An invoice is emailed to you after every payment.
4. Refunds
If the Kit is not right for you, email ask@pablo.ceo and we will review your request and respond directly.
5. What you can and cannot do
Everything inside the Kit — the questions, the frameworks, the lessons, the reports and the written material — is owned by us and licensed to you for your own business use. You may use the output for your own company or, on the agency plans, for your clients. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the material itself, or use it to build a competing product.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you enter. You give us permission to process it so we can produce your reports and run the service.
7. No guarantees of business results
The Kit produces strategic analysis and recommendations. It is not legal, financial or investment advice. Decisions you make from it are your own, and we do not guarantee any particular business outcome.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, pause or retire parts of the service. If we retire something you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.
9. Ending access
You can stop using the Kit at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, including sharing paid access or attempting to resell the material.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
